Ducks

 Located only a few miles from Wilson Lake, our property is located in one of the most highly used routes of the central fly zone. Most of the surrounding property in our region is simply range land for cattle grazing. Since we are located in the rich agricultural bottoms at the intersection of two major water sources, we have an abundance of food and water.  This combination drives almost all the waterfowl not only in our area, but our entire region to us!  The numbers of birds are simply incredible and our harvest numbers are only limited by the wardens!  

At Shallow Creek Outfitters we hunt out of Banded X Blinds and man made permanent blinds along the creeks in the very best locations.  Every duck hunter knows the colder it is, the better the hunt.  When the conditions get to their brutal best and the creeks freeze up, we keep our spots open with ice eaters.  No matter the conditions we will do whatever it takes to make sure the odds are in your favor for a successful hunt!
